Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains what we collect when you visit rabbithol3.com or join the Rabbit Hole waitlist, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we use it only to tell you about the launch, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Signup details: the time you signed up, the campaign or website that sent you (if any), and your country, which is estimated from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
- Anonymous visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as page views and referring sites. It does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Why we collect it
We use your email only to tell you when Rabbit Hole launches and to share major updates before then. We use the signup details and visit statistics to understand which channels bring people to the site. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist.
Bot protection
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. It does not use cookies for advertising.
Where it's stored and for how long
Waitlist data is stored in a Cloudflare database. We keep it until Rabbit Hole launches and for as long as you stay subscribed afterwards. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data at any time, and you can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing. Email hello@rabbithol3.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
